Alnas was somewhat recently purchased by ZAO Rimera, a unit of NF Holdings BV's ChTPZ Group. So I think that any such activity would be with Rimera.

These Russian companies are rather opaque, and I have not read any public information to indicate one way or the other. Perhaps if Rimera was looking for cash to go another route, might make sense. I don't know.
